In the Fall of 2007 I was 170 pounds, wearing a size 14, and closing in on my 40th birthday.
With a renewed commitment to change my life for the better, I shed 60 pounds, built some lean muscle, and can proudly say I am in the best shape of my life — even trumping my years as a teen!
I have never been more passionate about healthy eating and personal fitness as I am now.
My goal is to help WOMEN who are struggling — just like I did for years.
